Postage & Packing

Delivery is free on all UK orders. International orders can only be delivered to the address where your payment card is registered to.

Orders to international addresses may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Additional Charges: Europe: £9.00, Rest of the World: £13.00.

With large orders your delivery costs may be higher than the standard cost. We reserve the right to contact you if we need to charge you a higher amount. You may cancel your order if the new delivery costs are not agreeable.

Any customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns Policy

Obviously we hope you'll love your purchase but if it's not quite right you may exchange it within 14 days from the date of despatch (you can find the despatch date on your despatch note). NISA Store will exchange items if they are proved to be faulty on arrival or the item does not fit. We do not offer refunds.

Please return products in their original packaging with a completed Returns Form.

The products must be unused with their labels and packaging in tact. Should products be returned in an unsatisfactory state then NISA Store reserve the right to refuse the exchange. We will exchange faulty goods for the same items as what was originally bought (includes size, colour and design) unless the item is out of stock.

The parcel is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse so we strongly advise you to get proof of postage and insure it appropriately.

Delivery charges are non-refundable on returned orders.

Website purchases can only be returned to our Internet Warehouse using the address on your Returns Form. Website returns cannot be accepted at NISA Store Outlets.

DVD's - You may return any unopened DVD for a full refund. Items that have been opened are not returnable unless they are faulty.
