We will exchange faulty goods for the same items as what was originally bought (includes size, colour and design) unless the item is out of stock.
The parcel is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse so we strongly advise you to get proof of postage and insure it appropriately.

Obviously we hope you'll love your purchase but if it's not quite right you may exchange it within 14 days from the date of despatch (you can find the despatch date on your despatch note). How To Use:
- If you're already a NISA Member that has been issued login details for the NISA website then you can skip the next couple of steps. NISA members without login details for the NISA website will need to setup a new account. Not already a member? Then first thing you need to do is create an account, You can do this by clicking on the "sign in?" button at the top of the screen.
- Next you just need to enter your Full name and email address (so we can contact you on all the latest exclusive news and offers) and then choose a password. Remember to keep this password safe.
- The next screen will confirm your details...now your ready to use NISATV.
- If your already a NISA member with login details for the NISA website, all you need to do is click on the "sign in?" button and enter your NISA website login details in the boxes provided.
The Credit System:
- NISATV consists of an easy to use Credit System. All you have to do to top up your account is chose the amount of credits you would purchase and then follow the payment instructions (with Paypal it couldn't be easier)
